Delivery
How a parcel gets from our stock to your door, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the countries in which a product has its own order page, written in the language of that country and priced in its money. The page of each product lists them; we do not ship anywhere else.
A parcel goes to the address you give on the order page. If you need it sent to a relative, a neighbour or a workplace, say so when we ring you to confirm the order.
What delivery costs
Nothing. We make no charge for delivery on any order, in any country we deliver to, and there is no minimum spend to reach first.
The price on the order page is the sum the courier collects at the door. No line is added at the end of the order and none on the doorstep.
How long it takes
Once the order is confirmed on the phone, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to hand the parcel to a carrier, and the carrier a further 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.
These are the times the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, tell us at team@mavistock.com and we start a trace.
The call before it ships
After you send an order we ring the number you gave, usually within one working day. We read back the product, the address and the exact sum the driver will collect, and you can change any of it or cancel on that call.
If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed, so a wrong digit in a phone number is the commonest reason an order stalls.
Who brings it
The courier or postal operator in your country. The courier is chosen per country, and we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask.
Inside the EU and the UK there is nothing more to pay. For destinations beyond them, customs authorities may charge import duty and local taxes on arrival; those are set by the destination country and are payable by whoever receives the parcel.
Following the parcel
The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask. How that works, step by step, is on track your order.
At the door
You pay the driver in cash, once the parcel is in your hands; nothing is owed before. Look at the box before you pay. If it is plainly damaged you may refuse it and you pay nothing. See payment methods for the whole picture.
If something is wrong once the box is open, the routes out are returns and refunds and the right of withdrawal.
