Description

A drill driver for the jobs that come up around the house: hanging shelves, assembling furniture, making pilot holes in timber and plasterboard. Two speed ranges let you choose torque for screws or speed for drilling, and the 18 V battery keeps going through a normal afternoon of work.

The kit arrives in a hard carry case with two batteries, a charger, a double-ended bit holder and a set of drill and screwdriver bits, so you can start on the day it comes.

  1. Halina K.

I bought this for my husband, who had been borrowing a drill from the neighbour for years. He has put up three shelves and a curtain rail since it came, and the battery lasts well. The case keeps everything in one place, which he likes.

    Reply from Mavistock

Thank you, Halina. We are glad it has found a permanent place in the house.

  2. Gheorghe T

good drill for the price. two batteries is the best part, when one is empty the other is ready. came in 6 days after the phone call

    Reply from Mavistock

Thank you. A second battery does make a difference on a longer job.

  3. Katalin Szabó

A good kit overall. The drill is light enough to hold above my head for a few minutes and the clutch is easy to set. I took off one star because the charger cable is short and I had to move a table to reach the socket.

    Reply from Mavistock

Thank you for the honest note, Katalin. Remarks like the cable length are passed on.

  4. tadeusz

the two speed drill kit does what i need, made holes in brick with the right bit and in wood no problem. only thing the bits in the case are basic so i bought better ones for concrete
